What this website collects
This website has no forms or guest accounts, and it doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Like most websites, its hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process basic technical data such as your IP address so that the site works and stays secure.
When you contact me or book
If you message me on WhatsApp, I use your details to reply to you. WhatsApp handles those messages under its own privacy policy. If you click Check availability, you move to Houfy, which handles your booking under its own privacy policy. Payments are handled by the payment provider you use, such as Stripe or PayPal.
Check-in and legal requirements
Italian law requires me to identify guests and report their details to the authorities. After you book, you will receive a secure link from my check-in provider, Vikey, to register your documents. I also keep booking and tax records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used, where the law allows. Please contact me on WhatsApp. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
